Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Microsoft solutions, including cloud services, licensing, and enterprise applications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
  • Conduct client needs assessments and propose tailored Microsoft-based solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and present solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Stay updated on Microsoft product offerings, licensing models, and industry trends
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records
  • Participate in industry events, networking activities, and partner engagements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in Microsoft products and services
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, licensing models)
  • Strong understanding of .Net and Sharepoint Solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and influence decision-makers
  • Experience working with Microsoft partners or within a partner ecosystem is a plus
