Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Microsoft solutions, including cloud services, licensing, and enterprise applications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
- Conduct client needs assessments and propose tailored Microsoft-based solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and present solutions that meet customer requirements
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Stay updated on Microsoft product offerings, licensing models, and industry trends
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records
- Participate in industry events, networking activities, and partner engagements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in Microsoft products and services
- Strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, licensing models)
- Strong understanding of .Net and Sharepoint Solutions
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and influence decision-makers
- Experience working with Microsoft partners or within a partner ecosystem is a plus
