Key Responsibilities

End‑to‑End Integration Testing

  • Design and execute complex test strategies for Partner SDK integrations, validating seamless orchestration between Bank's super‑app, middleware layers, partner mini‑apps, and core banking systems.
  • Validate data consistency, state transitions, and transaction integrity across all integration points.

Automation Framework Ownership

  • Build, maintain and evolve automated test frameworks for:
    • React Native mobile apps (Appium / Detox)
    • Java‑based back‑end services (Selenium / RestAssured)
  • Ensure scalable regression coverage as new Beyond Banking verticals are launched.

Fintech Compliance, Security & Risk

  • Validate adherence to banking and fintech security standards including PCI‑DSS, encryption, secure session handling, and data privacy requirements.
  • Partner closely with Risk, InfoSec, and Compliance teams to ensure embedded solutions meet regulatory expectations.

Cross‑Platform Quality Leadership

  • Lead QA validation across iOS and Android, ensuring that third‑party experiences (eSIM, travel booking, marketplace journeys) retain native‑level performance and UX consistency.
  • Drive performance, reliability, and resilience testing under real‑world conditions.

Shift‑Left & Journey‑Centric Testing

  • Embed quality early through shift‑left testing, test strategy alignment, and requirement review.
  • Validate complex, multi‑step user journeys—particularly handoffs between Bank's UI layers and external partner environments.

Platform & Engineering Principles

  • Platform-first: Test reusable components and services once, validate consistently across segments.
  • Security by design: Quality as a first‑class control in fintech and partner integrations.
  • Reliability at scale: Proactive detection of failure modes across distributed systems.
  • Partner-aware testing: Validation beyond internal codebases.

Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years in QA engineering, with strong experience in fintech, banking, or large‑scale digital platforms
  • Proven ownership of mobile and backend automation frameworks
  • Strong experience validating SDKs, APIs, and third‑party integrations
  • Deep understanding of testing in regulated environments
  • Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and capable of leading quality end‑to‑end
