We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and is reliable. We operate in the Swiss contracting/staffing market in the IT sector. Our team is straightforward and works remotely. Your fixed salary will be supplemented by an attractive bonus system.
Responsibilities
- Actively identifying and approaching IT specialists in Switzerland and Germany via business networks (LinkedIn) and internal databases
- Conducting interviews, pre-selection, and maintaining a sustainable candidate network
- Working closely with clients
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Experience in contracting and recruiting or high motivation to learn about this fields
- Confident use of digital tools (ATS, MS Office, etc.)
- Structured, independent, and responsible way of working
- Strong service orientation, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of the IT industry is an advantage
