Test Engineer Data Platform

Mission

You will be responsible for the testing of the use cases. For this you will need to be able to look into the technical implementation on the Data Platform stack (Azure, Snowflake, dbt, PowerBI) and ensure that everything is implemented correctly. Also you will be responsible to accompany the testing during the deployment phase (more administrative tasks). Finally you will be responsible to design and establish a framework for User Acceptance Testing. However, the day-to-day handling of the UAT (Business) will be in the responsibility of the Business Engagement Lead.

Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent in engineering, information technology, data science of similar
• 2+ years of professional experience in testing, test engineering, data platform engineering or a similar role
• Extensive, in-depth experience with data platforms, data pipelines, data modeling
• Solid knowledge of SQL, modern data platforms (Snowflake), dbt
  strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex data environments
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders and translate insights into outcomes.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo to improve the data and landscape.
