These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the rights and responsibilities of job applicants ("You" or "Applicant") who engage with TechUp Systems GmbH ("We," "Us," or "the Company") for employment opportunities. By submitting an application or engaging with our recruitment services, you agree to the following:
1. Recruitment Services
1.1. TechUp Systems GmbH acts as a recruitment and staffing intermediary, connecting applicants with potential employers.
1.2. We do not guarantee employment or job placement. Job offers are subject to client needs, your qualifications, and the outcome of selection processes.
2. Applicant Responsibilities
2.1. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your application, résumé, and any other submitted materials.
2.2. You must notify us immediately of any changes to your contact details, employment status, or availability.
2.3. You agree not to misrepresent your skills, experience, legal status, or any other relevant information.
3. Confidentiality
3.1. You may be exposed to confidential information during the recruitment process. You agree not to disclose any such information to third parties without our written consent.
3.2. Client identities, job descriptions, and interview details are confidential and must not be shared.
4. Background Checks and References
4.1. You consent to the verification of your employment history, qualifications, and references.
4.2. Some clients may require criminal background checks, drug screening, or other compliance requirements before placement. You will be informed if this applies to your application.
5. Temporary and Contract Assignments
5.1. If placed in a temporary or contract position, you understand and agree that you are employed by TechUp Systems GmbH, unless otherwise specified.
5.2. You may be required to complete time sheets or other documentation for payroll and attendance tracking.
5.3. Assignments may be terminated at any time by the client or by the Company, with or without notice.
6. Direct Hire and Conversion
6.1. If you are introduced to a client through TechUp Systems GmbH and are subsequently hired directly by that client, you agree to notify us immediately.
6.2. Certain placements may include a conversion fee agreement between the client and TechUp Systems GmbH.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred during or as a result of your employment with a client.
7.2. All employment terms, including work conditions, payment, and benefits, are the responsibility of the employer or, in the case of temporary work, governed by the agreement between you and TechUp Systems GmbH.

9. Termination

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Canton of Lucerne, Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Canton of Lucerne, Switzerland.
