Job Summary:
TEKHQS is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our Lahore team. You'll drive recruitment for innovative tech roles in Web3, Web 2, Blockchain, and AI/ML, supporting our global talent pipeline. What You Will Be Doing
- Source and screen candidates for tech positions, focusing on Web3, Blockchain, AI/ML, and ERP roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS (Manatal) to build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and conduct assessments.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress to optimize processes.
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hiring for Web3, Blockchain, AI/ML, Web 2.0 or tech domains.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Manatal) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a tech-focused environment.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
