Project Coordinator

About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Project Coordinator who comes from a strong software engineering background, ideally someone who's been a hands-on coder before moving into project management.
You'll be managing multiple development projects, coordinating between technical teams and stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the technology deeply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects from planning to deployment.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and blockchain engineers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee blockchain integration efforts, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Review code or architecture when needed and guide the team on best practices.
• Communicate progress and challenges with stakeholders in a clear, structured way.
• Maintain agile workflows and ensure sprint goals are met consistently.

Requirements

• 4 - 6 years of overall software development or project management experience.
• Experience leading technical teams on complex software projects.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up-style environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for deployment and scaling.
