Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned LinkedIn outreach for targeted industries and client profiles.
• Conduct meeting appointment settings through personalized connection requests,
• In Mails, and structured follow-ups.
• Perform outreach via job portals/platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.) for Staff
• Augmentation and Remote Resource Engagement opportunities.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads for TEKHQS services (AI/ML, Blockchain, ERP,
• Cloud Computing, and Staff Augmentation).
• Maintain outreach trackers/CRM with accurate records of actions, statuses, and responses.
• Support supervisors in ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (connections, replies, meetings booked, qualified leads) are achieved.
• Participate in review sessions for feedback, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. 

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates to candidates with up to 6 months - 1 year of experience. 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting emails and client interactions.

• Confident, presentable, and comfortable engaging with clients.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals (training provided).

• Organized, proactive, and eager to thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Proactive, goal-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
