TEKHQS is a California-based technology powerhouse with a global team of 300+ experts. We are scaling a high-growth SaaS fleet management platform specifically designed for the US trucking industry. Our solution integrates IoT (ELD tracking devices) with a robust Transportation Management System (TMS) to help fleets manage DOT compliance, real-time logistics, and operational efficiency. With 200+ trucks already live, we are looking for a powerhouse closer to help us dominate the market.

Role Overview

As a Technical Account Executive, you wont just be "selling"—you will be a strategic consultant for trucking companies. You will own the entire sales lifecycle: from identifying high-potential fleets and conducting technical demos of our TMS/ELD platform to closing high-value deals and managing the account relationship post-sale. This is a "ground-floor" opportunity in a fast-paced startup environment where your impact on revenue will be direct and highly rewarded.

What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Strategic Prospecting: Generate a high-volume pipeline of leads through cold outreach (calls/emails), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and industry-specific platforms (Apollo, etc.).
  • Technical Product Consulting: Conduct professional online demos of our SaaS platform, explaining complex DOT compliance and ELD regulations in simple, value-driven terms.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Mastery: Independently manage the sales process from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Account Growth (Farming): Act as the primary point of contact post-sale, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while identifying opportunities for seat expansion and upsells.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Product and Support teams in California and Pakistan to provide feedback on market needs and feature requests.

What Were Looking For

Core Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in B2B Inside Sales, SaaS Sales, or Account Management.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (must be comfortable speaking with US-based business owners and fleet managers).
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate software; you should be comfortable explaining how IoT devices sync with cloud software.
  • Mindset: A "hunter" mentality for new business combined with the "farmer" discipline for account management.
  • Shift Readiness: Absolute availability for US Eastern/Pacific time zone hours (Night Shift in Pakistan).
  • Infrastructure: High-speed internet, a reliable laptop, and a professional, quiet workspace for calls.

Nice to Have (The Extra Edge):

  • Direct experience selling ELD, TMS, or logistics software.
  • Familiarity with the US Trucking industry and FMCSA/DOT regulations.
  • Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Experience in a startup environment where you thrive amidst ambiguity.

Type: Full-Time | Remote (Pakistan)

Hours: US Time Zone (Mon-Fri)

Compensation: Base + Commission
