Senior FullStack .NET/Blazor Developer

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Blazor and Telerik UI for Blazor, with a primary focus on frontend architecture and UI engineering.

This role requires someone who can build complex, high-performance applications while maintaining clean design systems and scalable architecture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Frontend & UI Engineering

• Component Architecture: Design and implement highly reusable UI components using Blazor Server/WebAssembly and Telerik UI for Blazor to ensure consistency across multiple enterprise applications.
• Advanced Data Visualization: Build and maintain complex, real-time dashboards utilizing Telerik Grids, Charts, and Gauges, ensuring high-performance rendering for large datasets.
• Custom Styling: Customize Telerik UI templates and themes using CSS/SCSS to align with specific branding and UX requirements beyond "out-of-the-box" defaults.
• Performance Optimization: Audit and optimize Blazor application load times, event handling, and state management to ensure a seamless "app-like" user experience.

2. Full-Stack & Backend Integration

• API Orchestration: Design and consume secure RESTful APIs and Web Services, ensuring efficient data flow between the .NET Core backend and the Blazor frontend.
• Database Management: Optimize SQL queries and data structures to support high-concurrency frontend features.
• State Management: Implement robust client-side and server-side state management patterns to ensure data integrity across complex user sessions.

3. Architectural Leadership

• System Design: Contribute to the architectural roadmap of Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 solutions, ensuring frontend scalability and modularity.
• Code Quality: Conduct rigorous Code Reviews and advocate for clean code principles (SOLID, DRY) within the .NET ecosystem.
• Security Best Practices: Implement frontend security measures, including Authentication/Authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect) and protection against common web vulnerabilities.

4. Collaboration & Delivery

• Agile Participation: Work closely with Product Managers and UI/UX Designers in an Agile/Scrum environment to translate wireframes into functional, high-performance code.
• DevOps Integration: Collaborate with the infrastructure team to support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes on Azure/AWS.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience (preferably within the .NET ecosystem)
• Strong hands-on experience with Blazor (Server or WebAssembly)
• Deep expertise in Telerik UI for Blazor (Grids, Charts, Forms, Dashboards, Customization)
• Advanced frontend engineering skills (component architecture, state management, performance optimization)
• Strong understanding of UI/UX implementation, responsive layouts, and scalable design systems
• Experience integrating REST APIs and backend services
• Solid knowledge of C#, .NET Core

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Azure or AWS deployment exposure
• CI/CD pipeline experience
