Product Owner

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Owner with 4–6 years of experience, preferably within the Logistics or Supply Chain industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing product backlogs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and business goals.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, customers, and operations teams.
• Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review meetings in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ensure timely delivery of product features with high quality and business impact.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and KPIs to drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize transportation, warehouse, and supply chain workflows.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.
• Preferably experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or eCommerce domains.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management practices.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with logistics management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), or transportation management systems (TMS).
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and digital product ecosystems.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus
