HR Intern – Technical Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Intern – Technical Recruiter leading to job who is enthusiastic about learning recruitment processes and technical hiring. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in HR and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in sourcing candidates for technical positions (IT, software, engineering roles)

· Screen resumes based on job requirements

· Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels

· Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers

· Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and follow-ups

· Support senior recruiters in end-to-end hiring activities

· Learn and use job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases

· Assist in onboarding documentation and joining formalities

Requirements

· Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

· Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in recruitment / HR

· Basic understanding of HR and recruitment concepts

· Willingness to learn technical roles and skill sets

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication

· Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
