Marketing Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead for our Lahore office. This role will focus on driving TEKHQS’s brand visibility, digital presence, and lead generation efforts globally. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and campaign execution within the IT/software services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Drive TEKHQS’s global brand visibility, digital presence, lead generation efforts
• Plan and execute social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), and Instagram.
• Manage and grow corporate pages, online communities, and digital engagement.
• Create engaging marketing content including posts, articles, case studies, and success stories.
• Optimize TEKHQS’s website for SEO to improve search visibility and inbound leads.
• Track and report performance analytics on traffic, campaigns, and conversions.
• Strengthen TEKHQS’s brand identity through digital marketing, podcasts, webinars, and video campaigns.
• Coordinate events, exhibitions, and sponsorships to enhance market presence.
• Execute B2B lead generation campaigns for ERP, Web2/Web3, AI/ML, and IT services.
• Work closely with Sales & Technical teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, decks, and case studies for client engagement.
• Collaborate on global campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• 35 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in IT/software services.
• Strong skills in social media marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with ERP, Blockchain, AI/ML, and IT services industry is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with creative storytelling ability. 

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 - 5 years of proven experience in marketing (preferably in IT/software services)
• Strong skills in social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram)

• Hands-on experience with SEO optimization & Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with ERP, Blockchain, AI/ML, and IT services industry (preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative mindset with ability to develop engaging campaigns.

• Strong organizational and event management skills.
