Change Management Specialist

About the Role:

As a Change Management Specialist at TEKHQS, you will play a key role in supporting SAP MDG implementation projects by ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and roles. You will develop change management strategies, deliver training, and work closely with stakeholders to assess the impact of change and enable seamless transitions. This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and training expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a change management strategy aligned with the SAP MDG implementation roadmap.
• Deliver training sessions for power users and end users to ensure adoption of new processes.
• Engage closely with business data owners and data governance teams to drive change initiatives.
• Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate how roles, processes, and systems will be affected.
• Collaborate with functional leads to design and deliver effective training content and materials.
• Support business stakeholders during discovery, planning, and change implementation phases.
• Facilitate workshops and communication sessions to promote awareness and readiness for change.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in change management, preferably in SAP implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in training delivery, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change management.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG processes and governance frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
