Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and map them to SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and document business processes.
• Support SAP configuration, testing, and user training for global projects.
• Identify process improvements and provide data-driven insights.
• Assist in requirement gathering and solution validation with development teams.
• Track project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Around 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, or MDG).
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and business process mapping.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies (certification a plus).
• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Remote work experience and global project exposure preferred.
