SAP Cross Functional Trainer - MDG

About the Role:

We are looking for a SAP Cross Functional Trainer (MDG Focused) who can conduct training sessions across multiple SAP modules and specialize in Master Data Governance (MDG). The trainer will be responsible for preparing end-users and internal teams on SAP processes, ensuring knowledge transfer, and supporting organizational readiness for SAP solutions..

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions across SAP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR, and MDG.
• Develop and deliver training materials, manuals, and workshops tailored to end-users.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and training needs.
• Provide post-training support to ensure adoption and knowledge retention.
• Ensure alignment of training content with business processes and SAP best practices.
• Act as a bridge between project teams and business users for SAP MDG rollout

Requirements:

• Experience: 45 years of SAP training experience (cross-functional with MDG exposure).
• Strong knowledge of SAP MDG processes and data governance concepts.

• Hands-on expertise in SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, HR, etc.).

• Prior experience in developing training content (manuals, presentations, e-learning).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to simplify complex SAP processes for end-users
