Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Telehealth Nurse to join our team in Lake Havasu City, AZ. As a Telehealth Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality virtual healthcare services to our patients. You will work closely with our team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to provide remote patient care and support.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct virtual patient consultations and assessments using telehealth technology

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients

- Educate patients on their health conditions, medications, and treatment options

- Monitor and track patient progress and provide follow-up care as needed

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Provide compassionate and empathetic support to patients and their families

- Stay up-to-date on telehealth technology and best practices in remote patient care

- Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling patient information

- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

- Active RN license in the state of Arizona

- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience

- Experience in telehealth or remote patient care is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms

- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)

- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
