As a Telehealth Nurse, you will be responsible for providing virtual patient care and support through telecommunication technologies. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct virtual patient assessments and provide appropriate care and treatment plans

- Monitor and track patient progress through telecommunication technologies

- Educate patients on their health conditions and provide guidance on self-care and medication management

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic health record system

- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families

- Stay current with telehealth technology and best practices

- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

- Active nursing license in the state of Alaska

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse

- Prior experience in telehealth or remote patient care is preferred

- Strong computer skills and proficiency in electronic health record systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to adapt to changing technology and processes
