Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our accounting team as an Account Receivable/Account Payable. This is a full-time position with the responsibility of managing the incoming and outgoing payments of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and record incoming payments from customers accurately and in a timely manner.

- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from customers.

- Prepare and send invoices to customers.

- Reconcile accounts receivable on a regular basis.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.

- Process and record outgoing payments to vendors and suppliers.

- Reconcile accounts payable on a regular basis.

- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding any payment discrepancies or issues.

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

- Generate financial reports and provide analysis on accounts receivable and accounts payable.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
