Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Telehealth Nurse to join our team in New York, NY. As a Telehealth Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing remote patient care and support through virtual consultations and telemedicine services. You will work closely with our team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct virtual consultations with patients to assess their health concerns and provide appropriate medical advice and treatment plans

- Utilize telemedicine technology to monitor and track patient health data, including vital signs, medication adherence, and symptoms

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Educate patients on their health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques

- Provide remote patient support and follow-up care as needed

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

- Stay updated on the latest telehealth practices and technology to continuously improve patient care

Requirements:

- Active RN license in the state of New York

- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a telehealth or primary care setting

- Strong knowledge of telehealth technology and electronic health records

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Comfortable with providing care remotely and using virtual communication tools

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

- Flexibility to work occasional evening or weekend shifts as needed

Contract Details:

This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. However, occasional travel to our New York office may be required for team meetings and training.
