Job Description:
Remote Digital Marketing Coordinator
We're seeking a growth-oriented digital marketing coordinator for a small, fast-growing US marketing technology company. The position is 100% remote and based in South Africa. This is a full-time, salaried position that will work with our sales and account management teams. Working hours are from 13:00 to 22:00 SAST, with one hour for lunch, Monday through Friday.
Here are the major responsibilities for this position:
Primary
- Onboard new customers for our online AI solutions (exciting new products coming!) and then hand them off to Account Management.
- Manage our external SEO vendors.
- Develop performance reports for our existing customers and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Publish blogs, social media and other content assets weekly to WordPress-enabled websites.
Supporting
- Supporting the sales team by developing new collateral and other sales materials.
- Support the company's internal, external, virtual and physical events.
- Manage external research vendor.
- Develop relationships with industry publications, influencers and existing company partners.
- Working on super-secret new product marketing launches with our CEO (we have an entire pipeline).
The position requires the following skills and experience:
- At least 2 years of digital marketing experience is required.
- You have intermediate knowledge of Google Analytics and can create moderately complex reports using it and other data sources.
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. You're a wizard with spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
- You have excellent writing skills and can professionally present to different audiences.
- You are Internet savvy and social media literate.
- You are a wizard at publishing content to WordPress-based websites and social media and optimizing them for maximum visibility.
- Any experience with exhibitor booth development or webinar event management is a bonus, but not required.
