About the job Junior Sales Executive
Role Description:
- The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and promoting Assurance, Testing, Inspection, and Certification services. Daily activities include prospecting and lead generation, preparing and delivering sales proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing in line with company policies, and coordinating closely with technical and operations teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, providing regular forecasts and reports, and participating in industry events or client meetings as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers to support the development of a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Support lead generation activities and maintain accurate prospect information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up on commercial opportunities.
- Support customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams to address client needs.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender documentation.
- Support the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities within company systems.
- Identify potential opportunities for expanding services within the territory.
- Professional working proficiency in relevant local and English languages is an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, engineering, or a commercial support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in Kazakh, Russian and English;
- Experience in inspection, testing, engineering, oil & gas, or industrial services is beneficial but not required.
