Cost Control Engineer

Job Position: Cost Control Engineer

Work Location: Atyrau (Only Locals)

Department: Project Controls

Key Responsibilities:

• Reports To: Project Control Manager
• Develop and maintain project cost control systems
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cost breakdown structures (CBS)
• Monitor actual costs versus budget and analyze variances
• Implement and maintain cost-tracking tools using Microsoft Excel
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Review and validate subcontractor invoices and payment applications
• Follow client payment applications and invoices
• Participate in change management process, including variation orders and claims
• Assist in preparation of cost inputs for tenders and project proposals
• Prepare value of work done (VOWD) report.

Skills:

• Advanced understanding of cost estimating techniques
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• English (written and spoken) is required.
