Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Engineer

Job description:

• Ensures that Integrated Management System requirements are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001) standards.
• Monitors and assures Company's compliance with the requirements of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and with applicable Kazakh Health and Safety laws and regulations.
• Reports on the performance of the Integrated Management System to the IMS Officer for review and as a basis for improvement of IMS.
• Supports each of the Project Managers in a matrix-type relationship and also monitors and assures their compliance with Corporate IMS and Legal Health Safety Requirements.
• Experience in Quality than in HSE

Qualification:

• Knowledge on ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 (ISO 45001:2018) and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Teamwork

• Extensive communication skills
• Knowledge of HSE requirements in technical spheres
• Practical experience in Quality Management System implementation

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree is minimum requirement; Master degree preferred degree
• Language skills: Kazakh, Russian and English are mandatory.
• Professional experience: Min 5 years
