Job Position: Civil Quantity Surveyors

Work Location: Atyrau (Only Locals)

Department: Project Controls

Key Responsibilities:

• Reports To: Project Control Manager
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil works (earthworks, concrete, structural works, infrastructure)
• Develop and manage Bills of Quantities (BoQ)
• Measure and value work done at site in accordance with contract requirements
• Prepare interim payment applications and evaluate subcontractor invoices
• Manage variation orders, claims, and change requests
• Maintain accurate records of quantities, measurements, and site progress
• Coordinate with planning and cost teams for progress and cost reporting
• Assist procurement team with tender analysis and subcontract evaluations
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual obligations

Skills:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in measurement and estimation techniques
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of contracts and commercial management
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• English (written and spoken) is required.
