Job Description:
Higher Degree (or after High school) and minimum 5 years of experience on Management and Supervisory positions in Operations, in public catering is preferable.
Be
specific to the Catering and Commercial departments
The
requirement for the role should include good English and communication skills.
Must be able to deal with stressful situations and resolve conflicts.
Should
have a strong catering background and have solid financial skills and knowledge
- menu costing, stock control, monthly reports
Must
have proven experience in a high level supervisory position.
