Site Construction Foreman

Work Schedule:

• Rotation: 28/28.
• Every Sunday is a day off. If work is required on Sunday, overtime will be paid.
• Transportation is provided within Atyrau city.

Location Requirement:

• Candidates must be permanently residing in Atyrau city.

Candidate Requirements:

• Technical or higher education in Civil, Mechanical, Construction, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Site Foreman or in a similar supervisory role on production or Oil & Gas projects in Kazakhstan.
• English language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Strong understanding of construction site activities, work planning, and workforce supervision.
• Experience with the Permit to Work (PTW) system, including preparing, reviewing, and coordinating work permits before the start of activities.
• Good knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements and the ability to ensure compliance with company and project safety procedures.
• Ability to conduct daily toolbox talks, monitor safe work practices, and enforce the correct use of PPE.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, craftsmen, and equipment to ensure work is completed safely and according to schedule.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, method statements, and work procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify site hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
