Business Communication Coordinator
About the job Business Communication Coordinator
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective communications and relationships with stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and a positive public perception of the Company. Coordinate all aspects of Company external communications and interactions with mass media and key industry players.
- Arrange for Management participation in the industry related conferences and exhibitions, ensuring impactful presence and strategic networking. Oversee the drafting of speeches and talking points for management.
- Prepare engaging and high-quality content for Company booths, tents, booklets, advertisements, and other promotional materials, including overseeing its design and layout to align with global brand identity and corporate messaging for external events/visits/forums.
- Coordinate the press releases, speeches, external communications.
- Organize relevant communication to the Company and its affiliates employees, where applicable.
- Organize external events.
- Report on the budget and project implementation.
- Drive and enhance branding strategy.
Qualifications & Experience:
The job holder must have:
- High University degree.
- Not less than 5 years of experience in a similar role in local or international company, petroleum industry is preferable.
Required Competencies:
The job holder must have proven:
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relational skills.
- Knowledge of oil and gas, energy business.
- Requires minimum supervision, understands the broad picture with an ability to prioritize and drive for completion of tasks.
- Strong self-management, planning and organization skills. Effectively organizes and coordinates his/her activities. Orients own activities to achieving his/her objectives.
- Good knowledge of English, Russian language, Kazakh language is preferable.
- Personal qualities of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with PC, MS office.
Working Conditions:
Office based, 5/2 scheduled work with business trips around KZ and abroad, if required.
