Preservation Coordinator

Work Schedule:

• Rotation: 28/28.
• Every Sunday is a day off. If work is required on Sunday, overtime will be paid.
• Transportation is provided within Atyrau city.

Location Requirement:

• Candidates must be permanently residing in Atyrau city.

Candidate Requirements:

• Technical or higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in preservation activities on Oil & Gas, EPC, construction, or industrial projects.
• English language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Good understanding of preservation requirements for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, and rotating equipment.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring preservation plans and procedures during construction and pre-commissioning phases.
• Knowledge of preservation standards, manufacturer recommendations, and project specifications.
• Experience maintaining preservation records, inspection reports, logs, and related documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Warehouse, Commissioning, and Client representatives to ensure preservation requirements are fully implemented.
• Familiarity with preservation inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Good understanding of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements and compliance with project safety procedures.
• Strong communication, reporting, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project documentation systems is an advantage.
