Job Title: Quality & System Coordinator
Purpose: To proactively perform, including the supplying of information, the storage, maintenance, update, retrieval and compilation of current and valid equipment certification records for operational equipment utilised by the Company/Business Unit/function.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Support the Certification Department to ensure that the overall purpose of the job (as detailed above) is efficiently, effectively and consistently achieved.
- Liaise with operational and operations support managers / supervisors to establish equipment certification requirements so that the operational demands of Expro are met in line with customers' requirements.
- Witness, check and inspect equipment pressure test and associated maintenance and certification documents, ensuring that inspections, checks and reports are performed and completed in accordance with Company procedures and Industry specifications.
- Liaise with internal, third party and customer representatives on all aspects of equipment certification records and documents.
- Ensure the timely issue of maintenance job cards and that the subsequent maintenance history updates on the company database.
- Ensure maintenance service was completed company standards and rules.
- Assist the Workshop Supervisor with maintaining ALL Expro equipment inventories: repair and maintenance files for Cars, Trucks, Winches and other equipment (Job cards).
- To run time sheet for WS personnel and to assist in the planning of local personnel crew rotas.
- Prepare and organise daily transportation routes and schedules to insure the timely transportation of staff, visitors.
- Final check of the equipment maintenance JC, following the delivery service procedures, and submission for closure.
- Provide work order of the spares used to store person.
- Constant interaction with department lead on QA/QC matters.
- Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro's reputation is minimised. If necessary, report possible violations or conflicts of interest.
- Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes and systems. Take an active part in quality improvement processes. Identify and report any deficiencies to supervisor and obtain authorisation for any deviations from standard procedures.
- Actively comply with all applicable Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and processes. Promote HSE awareness; take responsibility and be accountable for own safety and safety of others. Demonstrate the personal application of HSE procedures in daily performance and always follow the 10 Safety House Rules.
- Ensure objectives set under Employee Development Plan are met.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Higher (or postgraduate) education or secondary professional on specialty (preferably economical, technical, standardization) meeting the operational requirements.
- 3-4+ years' experience working.
