HSE Supervisor

Work Schedule:

• Rotation: 28/28.
• Every Sunday is a day off. If work is required on Sunday, overtime will be paid.
• Transportation is provided within Atyrau city.

Location Requirement:

• Candidates must be permanently residing in Atyrau city.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of HSE experience in production facilities within the Kazakhstan Oil & Gas industry for candidates holding a relevant university degree.
• Candidates without a higher education degree in the HSE field must have a minimum of 6 years of relevant HSE experience in production facilities within the Kazakhstan Oil & Gas industry.
• Valid Occupational Health & Safety certification in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Good knowledge of the HSE legislation and regulatory requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, safety inspections, and implementing corrective actions.
• Experience in delivering HSE inductions and safety training.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level or above.
• Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high HSE standards on site.
