We are now looking for a talented Delivery Manager to take full ownership of delivery execution making sure the right work gets delivered at the right time, with the right quality. You will be the connective tissue between product, engineering, and QA.

The Role

Youll lead the end-to-end delivery process for our engineering teams from planning and coordination to QA and release. Youll make sure the team is aligned, blockers are removed quickly, and quality is protected. This is a deeply technical delivery role you dont need to write code, but you must understand how SaaS products are built, tested, and released so you can work effectively with engineers, product
managers, and QA. You'll be trusted to make decisions and trade-offs in delivery without constant oversight.

What You'll Do

• Own the day-to-day delivery process for engineering teams.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and QA to ensure smooth releases.
• Manage project timelines, priorities, and cross-team dependencies.
• Spot delivery risks early and make decisions to keep work moving.
• Remove execution drag so engineering can focus on building.
• Work closely with the Support team to prioritise customer-reported issues and incorporate them into engineering sprints and release planning.
• Track and improve delivery metrics to boost speed, quality, and reliability.
• Facilitate retrospectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee release readiness making sure QA sign-off, documentation, and communications are complete. Provide clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar in a SaaS/tech environment.
• Strong grasp of software delivery principles (agile, iterative development, release management).
• Experience coordinating with QA and understanding testing requirements.
• Exceptional communication, organisational and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable making delivery and prioritisation decisions with incomplete information. Skilled at risk management and keeping multiple streams moving in parallel. 
• Exceptional communication skills able to cut through noise and get to the point. Outcome-driven mindset focus on results, not process for process sake.
