As a Business Development Manager in our outbound team, you will be responsible for qualifying the Personify Care value proposition to prospective customers identified via outbound activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify the problem: identify the problem to be solved, define what success looks like and match to company capabilities to define the size of the opportunity in the pipeline.
  • Forecast: engage with prospects to gain high quality information that provides for accurate forecasting of opportunity size and expected contract close. Maintain accurate deal stages, notes, and forecasts in CRM
  • Grow ARR: convert pipeline opportunities into new signed ARR to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined follow up, gaining decision maker and stakeholder buy-in, confirming required budget and stepping through procurement processes to close.
  • Close: Prepare proposals, negotiate contract terms and close deals efficiently.
  • Collaborate: Work with product, marketing, and customer success teams to refine messaging and ensure smooth onboarding transitions
  • Strategy: contribute to the strategic mapping of market opportunities and strategic customer accounts to drive incremental ARR growth for the team and the company
  • Improve: lead improvement initiatives based on experience of how to deliver solutions to customer problems more effectively and accelerate ARR velocity in the process
  • Relationships: maintain ongoing relationships with senior customer executives of strategic accounts to ensure ongoing alignment and future expansion opportunities. Collaborate with partners to present joint customer proposals.
  • Tenders: contribute and lead the preparation of tender responses via procurement processes.


Attributes:

  • 3-5 years of experience in outbound business development or sales in SaaS
  • Healthtech SaaS experience would be favourably regarded.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
