The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can own feature projects, communicate with clarity, and move work forward with minimal guidance. You will lead product projects end to end across discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration in a fast moving SaaS environment. From the start of discovery you will work closely with a designer to shape problems and solutions, get feedback, scope work for development and ensure successful release.

In this role you will:

  • Lead projects from kickoff to release, diving in to understand problems and set objectives
  • Lead discovery by analyzing competitors, working with sales and customer success to validate problems and potential solutions
  • Get feedback on designs and iterate based on input
  • Write clear PRDs and specs that enable fast decisions and efficient delivery
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on priorities and decisions
  • Plan and run work within Shape Up style cycles, managing risk, scope, and dependencies
  • Work with engineering and marketing to land high quality releases and drive adoption
  • Ensure product changes are well documented for internal and external audiences
  • Create video demos to share updates internally and occasionally with customers

What Youll Bring

  • >5 years as a Product Manager in a startup or fast paced SaaS product with clear ownership of outcomes
  • Strong product discovery skills, including customer interviews
  • Experience with design and product analytics tools (Figma, Mixpanel etc.)
  • Excellent spoken and written English, shown through specs, release notes, customer calls, and short video updates
  • High ownership and initiative, with examples of unblocking teams, making decisions under ambiguity, and driving progress without step by step instructions
  • Experience working with distributed teams

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with Edtech, or Learning Management Systems
  • Experience with compliance-heavy industries such as training, health and safety, or vocational education
  • Experience with AI prototyping tools

What Youll Love About Us

  • Be part of a fast-growing SaaS company making a meaningful impact.
  • Collaborate with a passionate, cross-functional team solving real-world problems.
  • Flexible, remote-friendly work environment with a strong, supportive team culture.
  • High autonomy and the chance to shape the future of vocational and frontline education.
