Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the companys customer base, increasing revenue, and building strategic relationships within the aerospace and MRO industry. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with deep knowledge of aerospace parts distribution and a passion for growing business in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the aerospace and MRO markets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to leadership
  • Continuously identify areas for process and product improvement

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace parts sales or business development
  • Strong network within MROs, OEMs, and aviation supply chains
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts/projects
  • Self-starter with a competitive drive and entrepreneurial mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary of $90,000$105,000, commensurate with experience
