Aviation Superintendent

TSS is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead aviation-related construction projects, including aircraft hangars, FBOs, and airfield facilities. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in the general aviation sector who can take full ownership of field activities and ensure high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day field operations for aviation construction projects

Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety protocols, and schedules

Coordinate closely with project managers and engineers to meet project goals

Ensure compliance with aviation and safety standards

Use Primavera P6 for scheduling and reporting

Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of experience in aviation/general aviation construction

At least 2 years leading projects independently

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Proficient in Primavera P6 and familiar with Procore

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Must pass a criminal background check

Willing to travel across Florida if based in Houston
