Maintenance Technician

Job Description: Maintenance Technicians ensure that industrial machines and equipment are maintained and repaired, minimizing downtime and maintaining production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues in industrial equipment.
• Read and understand equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
• Assist with the installation of new equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification or degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime and emergency call-ins as needed.
