About the job Executive, Customer Insight
Key Responsibility:
- Track and analyze consumer sentiments.
- Responsible for monitoring, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on customer satisfaction metrics to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Utilize customer feedback data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing key insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Present findings to stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with all vendors with the detailed brief, all internal key stakeholders for each project ensuring the successful execution of all processes
Qualification:
- Bachelors or advanced degree in any field
- A minimum of 2-3 of working experiences with Customer satisfaction program
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Understanding of social media measurement
