Key Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sale
  • Manage E2E product placement to ensure smooth customer journey from start to purchase
  • Optimize content and platform layouts, descriptions and features
  • Introduce and initiate new features that would help improve customer experience
  • Ensure campaign and marketing campaign are launched on time and presented in a seamless manner smooth checkout and purchase of products
  • Oversees the day-to-day planning and execution of content across the application and websites including product & promotional merchandising, online marketing campaigns, website design, customer service, web analytics, and web technologies
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to website and ecommerce platform
  • Other assignments as deem appropriate.

Specific industry: within these industries would be a plus

  • E-commerce marketplaces,
  • Marketing agencies (specialize in online and content creation)


Qualifications:

  • Ecommerce Campaign and marketing management
  • Adobe cloud services (AEM, Adobe commerce/magento)
  • Online and Offline media
  • Campaign & content planning
  • Experience in setting up back-end system for AEM adobe cloud and other leading marketplaces (Shopee, lzd, tiktok)
  • Ability to work flexible hours with some weekends and long holidays
  • Keen eye for detail and customer viewpoint
  • Knowledge about online business or FMCG is a plus
  • Project Management and coordination skill
  • Be able to work well under pressure
