Executive, O2O - Platform Operation
About the job Executive, O2O - Platform Operation
Key Responsibility:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sale
- Manage E2E product placement to ensure smooth customer journey from start to purchase
- Optimize content and platform layouts, descriptions and features
- Introduce and initiate new features that would help improve customer experience
- Ensure campaign and marketing campaign are launched on time and presented in a seamless manner smooth checkout and purchase of products
- Oversees the day-to-day planning and execution of content across the application and websites including product & promotional merchandising, online marketing campaigns, website design, customer service, web analytics, and web technologies
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to website and ecommerce platform
- Other assignments as deem appropriate.
- Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence
Specific industry: within these industries would be a plus
- E-commerce marketplaces,
- Marketing agencies (specialize in online and content creation)
Qualifications:
- Ecommerce Campaign and marketing management
- Adobe cloud services (AEM, Adobe commerce/magento)
- Online and Offline media
- Campaign & content planning
- Experience in setting up back-end system for AEM adobe cloud and other leading marketplaces (Shopee, lzd, tiktok)
- Ability to work flexible hours with some weekends and long holidays
- Keen eye for detail and customer viewpoint
- Knowledge about online business or FMCG is a plus
- Project Management and coordination skill
- Be able to work well under pressure
