Work as operation call center to accept phone call from stores regarding opened issue logs
Call stores to ensure issue logs completely solved and closed
Record received call details and summarize call report on a daily basis
Work as service desk operator to review quality of issue log closure note
Able to give advice to HO responsible team on quality of log closure note
Continuous improve quality of log answered by responsible team
Perform other tasks assigned by Manager
