About the job Manager, Customer Acquisition
Key Responsibility:
- Lead, design, plan annual new member acquisition program for new My Lotus's and adding number of customers on app download, Line binding accounts
- Initiate new idea to recruit new members from partners both internal and external by using both online and traditional platform with pull strategy
- Work closely with Loyalty privilege Manager and Loyalty Operation Manager to launch the recruitment plan
- Monitor the output closely on daily and weekly and be able to flex plan to turn around outcome performance in limited time
- Be a subject expert of My Lotus's loyalty program and be able to adapt to the changing customer behavior and business direction
- Act as a project owner and be able to orchestrate the project by working collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the loyalty program goes as planned and by timeline
- Manage budget, track performance of the program, and propose turnaround/improvement plan
- Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence.
- Other assignments as deem appropriate
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- 3-6 years experience in Partnership, technology, marketing, or customer management.
- Understanding of marketing and personalization technology. Preferable Experience with Partnership and/or Marketing
