Responsibilities:

  1. Core Procurement & Supplier Management: Responsible for the development (including both existing partners within Thailand and new potential suppliers), negotiation, onboarding, and management of overseas suppliers. Executes the sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding process for new suppliers and products based on China market demand.
  2. Order Execution & Shipment Coordination: Acts as the supply-side interface for China business, collaborating with the Thailand team to manage purchase order fulfillment.
  3. Cost Optimization & Compliance Support: Responsible for optimizing procurement cost structures. Collects and verifies supplier qualifications and product compliance documentation to ensure adherence to China's cross-border e-commerce regulations.
  4. Internal Operations Support: Works closely with China team to provide accurate product information, procurement lead times, and supply plans, supporting sales forecasting and inventory management decisions.
  5. Supply Chain Process: Drives the establishment and optimization of internal processes and systems for core activities and business scenarios such as overseas sourcing, supplier onboarding, and purchase ordering, enhancing the efficiency and reliability of the end-to-end supply chain.

Key skills:

  1. Minimum 5 years of sourcing experience, with 2+ years directly managing overseas suppliers for the China market in cross-border procurement (B2C from overseas regions to mainland China).
  2. Preference given to candidates with experience in leading domestic cross-border e-commerce platforms , FMCG, or retail industries. Tmallis a Plus.
  3. Excellent capabilities in overseas supplier development, negotiation, and relationship management. Solid skills in order management and cost analysis.
  4. Familiar with the basic process flow from procurement to handover for cross-border logistics.
  5. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese Speaking and English for communication in a multinational corporate setting (as a daily working language).
  6. Proactive, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent cross-team collaboration awareness.
  7. Process Mindset: Possesses a good sense for process optimization.
  8. Strong analytical and Proficiency in data management skills: MS-Excel (Professional Level), Outlook, Analytics Platform, Marketplace Back-end platform​

  10. Education: Full-time bachelor's degree or higher.
