Working time: Mon - Fri | 8:30 - 17:30
Salary: 10,700,000 VND Gross
Job Description
- Actively engage with colleagues across HSBC to ensure that all customer’s queries are resolved and clients' needs are met at the first point of contact
- Understand the impact of our competitors, local community and the external environment on our customer's base to ensure long term sustainable value
- Maintain and maximize GPS revenue, deposits/liabilities from customers by appropriate cross-selling offering to existing customers
- Develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders to provide an integrated and consistent customer experience across all delivery channels.
- Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets '
- Cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand and create a high performance culture.
- Compliance – Ensure compliance with Group standards, regulatory and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Demonstrates strong commitment, attention to detail, and a proactive working attitude.
- Prior experience in customer service in banking industry is preferred.
- Shows accountability, a can-do mindset, and sound judgment.
- Possesses solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with personnel across functions
