About the job Marketing Specialist (Primary Care Marketing)
Marketing Specialist will work with the Country Brand Manager or Marketing Lead, ensuring excellent execution and adequate follow-up on the following items:
• Support Brand Manager / MKT Lead in brand plan development and execution (the details of assigned projects will be communicated directly to the candidate).
• Develop promotional materials (branded and unbranded) based on applicable reference for MOH submission and follow up the submission process.
• Tracking field force situation (include sales, customer insights, updated information from guidelines/ hospitals/ KOLs, …) and enhance cross-functional conversation to resolve problems/ improve product SoV.
• Establish relationship with KOLs to understand customer insights, find unmet medical needs and communicate topics/ content for their presentations in company’s activities.
• Innovative thinking and propose for brand strategies and action plan .
Person Specification:
• Graduate from Pharmacist University degree discipline.
• Experience working in Pharmaceutical Representative Offices/Companies
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude, Resilient, Willingness to put in long hours of work and achieve
planned objectives
• Creative thinking, planning and execution of multiple tasks, projects.
• Demonstrated capabilities and traits for career path agility
