Data Automation Engineer

Location: CMC Creative Space, Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, District 7, HCMC

Working Hour: Mon – Fri | 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM

2. GET TO KNOW THE ROLE:

• We are looking for a Middle Software Engineer / Data Automation Engineer to join the team and support the development of enterprise-level NPS analytics and automation solutions across multiple business verticals and services.

• You will work closely with regional stakeholders in Singapore and collaborate with internal business intelligence and research teams to transform customer feedback data into actionable insights through automation, analytics, and AI-driven reporting.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain an NPS dashboard across all verticals and services by integrating survey data from the Alchemer API into the data lake

• Build and maintain complex calculation logic for rolling up NPS scores using transaction-based weightage methodologies

• Implement AI-powered text summarization for open-ended survey responses to identify qualitative customer pain points efficiently

• Develop automated reporting pipelines with L1/L2/L3 NPS deep dives

• Integrate CAMA tools (regression analysis) to visualize key performance drivers and root causes of customer dissatisfaction

• Consolidate and synthesize NPS weightage from multiple services into a unified Grab-level score

• Collaborate closely with BPI and RMRI teams to clarify business requirements and deliver analytical solutions

• Ensure data accuracy, scalability, and maintainability of reporting systems and dashboards

• Troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines, APIs, and reporting workflows.

4. REQUIREMENT

• University Graduate, in Computer Science or if not, multiple years of work experience in data processing, data analytics or programming with python, MySQL etc.

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, software development or process optimization roles.

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Good experience with MySQL and SQL query optimization

• Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI

• Experience working with APIs and data integration pipelines

• Familiarity with data processing, automation, and reporting workflows

• Excellent English communication skills to work directly with Singapore stakeholders and clarify requirements independently

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment

5. SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Salary: up to 43,200,000 gross/month

• Service Voucher: 300,000 /month

• 100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI
