Accountant

Working place: Unit 7.2, Etown 1, 364 Cong Hoa Street, Tan Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Working time: Monday - Friday, office hours (8.30am - 5.30pm)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working closely with the General Accountant, supported by FiSS and external accounting provider
• Support the Accounting Manager to optimize set up, quality and check-up of Accounting and Tax processes and tools
• Accountable for deliverables of accounting processes done by FISS, external provider and local team
• Understand SE Tax for compliance with local and international Tax requirements
• In collaboration with tax ensure preparation and accuracy of tax returns
• Local tax compliance and in particular declaration, payment and documentation
• Review of tax / accounting reconciliation
• Helping the accounting manager for implementation of internal controls in all accounting and tax

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge and education

• Technical knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) and country accounting (statutory & tax)
• Bachelor in Accounting and Auditing from credit university
• CPA, ACCA certified is preferred

Skills:

• Process oriented (workflows, guidelines, instructions, documentation)
• Capacity to collaborate and manage stakeholders (Accounting Manager, FPA – Financial Planning & Analysis, General Accounting, FISS (Finance Shared Services) team)
• IT savvy and tools oriented
• Ability to synthesize and identify key priorities and problems and explain complex issues in a simple manner
• Having learning agility

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

• Salary: Negotiable based on your experiences and skills
• Fixed allowance: 900k/ month
• 13th month salary + performance bonus
• 12 Annual leaves per year
