Position: Business Development Executive (Merchant Acquisitions)

Location: PVI Tower, Cau Giay, Hanoi

Working hours: Mon – Fri (9AM – 6PM)

1. Get to know the Team:

Our SMB Account Management team is made up of young and enthusiastic people who are energized with a combination of sales marketing, data analytics and partnership management skills. The team focuses on strategic campaigns with key partner local chain to create value for customers and drive growth for company platforms.

2. Get to know the Role:

As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for establishing and managing strong business relationships with existing and potential restaurants to drive growth for company platforms. You will lead all elements of business identification, partnerships, account management, and campaign execution.

3. The day-to-day activities:

• Managing a portfolio of SMB partners on the company platform; building relationships and supporting them in day-to-day issues
• Hunting deals for campaign; working closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Marketplace, Ops,) to ensure smooth execution
• Analyzing data and deep dive merchant performance; follow the actions of competitors and market trends to drive initiatives for restaurants growth strategies

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field e.g. Business, Marketing
• Experience in brand marketing, account management or business development is a plus
• Having insights, experience, and passion in E-commerce, Fintech and F&B
• Fluent in written and spoken English; well-developed communication and presentation skills
• Visionary, self-motivated, and laser-focused on exceeding set goals
• Hunger to learn, autonomous and adaptable attitude to cope with a fast-paced working environment

5. Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Attractive income package (Base salary: 11,200,000 VND gross + Monthly & Quarterly incentives ranging from 3,000,000 to 10,500,000 VND)
• Service voucher: 300,000 VND/month
• 100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI
