CRM Specialist

Position: CRM Specialist (Webshop x Telesales)

Working place: Nguyen Luong Bang, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

Working hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 – 18:00 (WFH on Sat if needed)

1. Key responsibilities:

Webshop Set-up & Performance Tracking

• Coordinate with Global Upro team and Marketing agency for brand web/content/blog, knowledge hub, and webshop design.
• On boarding new e-distributors with backend management, customer data management, KPI dashboard daily, weekly tracking (AOV, OTIF, OLA, etc.).
• Design customized offers/ loyalty program for different customer groups thru CRM email marketing automation/tools. Evaluate performance of each CRM campaign/program.

Telesales Set-up & Performance Tracking

• Track OKRs performance (GMV, #Orders, #Call, AOV, CIR, Successful Delivery, Ticket Pending) on a timely basis and continuously work with the agency for performance improvement.
• Coordinate with Marketing Retail / Customer Service team for product training (current and NPDs) and operators’ insight sharing for telesales (monthly and quarterly).
• Work with cross function teams for daily operation & DT distributors to ensure operation excellence.

CRM Tool Set-up & Performance Tracking

• Set up Zalo OA and work with the agency for Zalo content, Facebook content, and email campaigns for web subscribers.
• Set up Email marketing automation, customized offers by operator groups, re-targeting for inactive prospects/operators, and track performance on timely basis.

2. Requirements

• Being able to work with Finance, IT, Legal, Tax, AR, and Procurement teams for new vendor setup.
• Having CRM implementation experiences at least from 2–3 years.
• Having Ecommerce (Digital commerce) experience is a plus.
• Being a entrepreneurial start upmindset, agile, high commitment & driving new changes.
