Working hours: Mon - Sat, 9am to 6pm (WFH on Sat)

Key responsibility:

Plan and land strategy in scope markets following global portfolio strategies for Field Force & Events/Activation
Manager Performance of golden supplier partner for POSM & Premium
Identify and deliver value adding activities to contribute to business and procurement targets. Implementation and tracking of saving projects in SRS tool and delivery of cash through payment term extensions.
Drive social responsibility agenda
Engage with business stakeholders across Business Group & Customer Development Team on business needs & plan.
Collaborate with global portfolio team member to take accountability for driving specific business agenda.
Ensure the compliance and governance to stick with procedure and policy.
Day-by-day purchasing operation including PO review/approvals, cataloguing, etc.
Continuously improve ways of working and optimize activities in promo services portfolio.
Selling ideas to stakeholders to convey value while communicating appropriately.
Vendor management: Identification and initial assessments of suppliers, preparing and managing supplier selection process and working with legal to finalise commercial agreements.
Business engagement: Act as first point of contact for the business to all Agencies procurement related questions. Ensure the satisfaction of Unilever stakeholders with the goods or services provided within your portfolio while ensuring compliancy of business users to procurement policies and contracts.
Establish valued relationships with stakeholders within and outside, including suppliers, CD and Brand business stakeholders, Supplier Operations, Strategy and Insights team and third-party service providers.

Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification

Bachelor's Degree
Relevant procurement experience – 5+ Years of Procurement experience
Leading multiple projects simultaneously and independently
Sufficient experience in sourcing strategy development & implementation.
Strong communication & presentation skills (verbal and written) with proven ability to deal with stakeholders internally and externally with diverse culture background.
Strong negotiation skills, supplier relationship management, analytical skills such as cost analysis, business scenarios, etc.
Strong influencing skills
Strong analytical skills
Accountability & responsibility
Good written and oral English.
Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel and PPT.
Positive attitude and personality, strong integrity, and good ethics.
Bias on action while being able to priorities.
Fast learner, able and willing to work in an always changing environment.

Unafraid to work with senior stakeholders and key suppliers, supported through excellent communication skill.
